History of Klassen Funeral Home

Built over 35 years ago, Klassen Funeral Home has a proud heritage of providing professional and dignified funeral services for the families in North Winnipeg and surrounding communities. Over the years and after many remodeling improvements, the funeral home has become a well-appointed facility, which features a comfortable and spacious Chapel and beautiful reception area.

The facilities were constructed with the needs of our community and families in mind. The funeral home is built at ground level and is fully accessible for the physically challenged. We have parking for more than 60 vehicles and a bus stop is located immediately in front of the building. Our chapel comfortably seats 175 with overflow for an additional 200 guests. The music system is state-of-the-art and we have the capability to produce and present Family Video Tributes. The reception facilities are fully appointed and are flexible enough to meet the needs of most of our families. Our larger Reception Centre can be combined with the smaller Crocus Room to accommodate up to 200 guests.
